Preamble:

Living up to the VQ title, YHC was intimidated by the large turnout and introduced himself with his street name, but then corrected himself with his F3 name. His first of many mistakes was just made, and there was no going back now. Disclaimer was given.

Warm-O-Rama:

Sloppily, he called out each exercise; Moroccan Night Club, Michael Phelps, Imperial Walker, and SSHs. Then a long mosey passing next to Lazy Dog, through the garage, and around the theater to the main stage.

The Thang:

Two stations of pain and mosey between. 20 reps of each exercise. Reduce by 2 reps after every completion of a circuit.

Station A – Stage

Merkins, Lunges, and LBCs

Station B – Veteran’s Memorial

Dips, Step Ups, and American Hammers

Handful of elite PAX reached 2 reps and began increasing their reps, but timing was spot on for many. Boomer stepped in to lead scissor kicks while the group waited for sets to be completed. Mosey back to the flag.

A few final exercises of SSH, gas pumper, squats, V ups, planks to fill in the few extra minutes left.
