Komrad SubstiQ

Preamble:

Upon arrival to the AO, Komrad was given the opportunity to SubstiQ.

Warm-O-Rama:

The Warm-o-Rama consisted of the generic mosey and Side Straddle Hops, and Weed Pickers.

The Thang:

For the Thang, the group ran to the firehouse but stopped at every other lightpole to perform 10 of an exercise.  The exercises consisted of a well rounded full body workout for arms, core, and legs:

Ranger Merkins
WW2 situps
Squat Jumps
Diamond Merkins
V-up Y-ups
In Place Lunges
Wide Grip Merkins
Air Squats
Crunches

COT:

For the Acceleration point,  Janeway springboarded off of Scriptkiddies slack post yesterday which was a challenge to all of us to:
Watch your thoughts they become words
Watch your words they become actions
Watch your actions they become character
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny

Janeway expanded on this by saying “brothers, fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admiralbe.  Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.  In other words, garbage in,  garbage out.  Dont be a trash collector.”
