Preamble:

My pre-blast was a call to join a post father’s day beatdown (with promised donuts), which really was in a father’s day theme, and to which Speedo challenged that every beatdown is ‘post father’s day’ unless it occurs on that day exactly. So today PAX posted for a post father’s day father’s day beatdown which can also be categorized as pre-Halloween and post Christmas AND vice versa.

Warm-O-Rama:

Leave the cinders at the flag for a moment. Mosey in the parking lot and circle up for SSH, Copper Head Squats, Hillbillies, Weed Pickers and Chain breakers. Mosey back to the cinders.

The Thang:

A long haul toward the traffic circle, where a board of pain was waiting.

The board had a list of fun father’s day appropriate activities. PAX could do them in whichever sequence they wanted. There were also 4 donuts (going around the circle) which PAX were instructed to share with someone and do half and half.

By 6:11 a few PAX finished or were close to and we took our cinders back to flag. LBCs for the 6 but no time for Mary.

COT:

We need a Q for the blood drive in Johns Creek. Up to 4 times a year.
