We estimate about 8 runs of the dam hill each, and 3-4 runs to the stop sign and back during the partner DORA.  There was a lot of sweat.

COT:

Prayers up for my buddy’s family as they grieve the loss of their son, and look out for Commodore’s Dad, Patrick as he recovers from some health issues.

We will plan a meal for our No Longer Bound friends.  Milli Vanilli running point on this.  Looking at Monday, 6/27 as a potential date.  Light meal of grilled chicken, salad, etc as an idea.

6 PAX made it out on the Lake for a little troll fishing.  We were victorious in hooking 1 fish with 2 hooks (1 in the mouth, 1 in the tail), reeling him in folded up like a taco.
