Bunker Hill Birthday Q

Preamble:

The parking lot was loaded with pre-runners when YHC arrived for the beat down.  20 PAX in all descended on Jericho for 5-Way birthday Q BD and got after it.  Hush Puppy and Crab Cake helped coordinate the six exercises while YHC was bringing up the rear.  Crab Cake brought the coffeteria and a good and tiring time was had by all.

Disclaimer provided and PAX warmed up with side straddle hop, willie mayes-hayes, weed pickers, moroccan night club and toy soldiers

The Thang:

BD was kicked off with Burpee Football.  PAX were divided into 2 teams and performed a burpee every 5 yards.  Team members planked to start and then began the burpee challenge down the field and back with 7 burpees in the end zone for the touchdown.  47 burpees in honor of YHC 47th birthday.  Winning team invited all to participate in Indian run victory lap.

Picnic tables were under construction so pivoted to bleachers
4×10 derkins with 7 donkey kicks in between

40 dips, step ups, copperhead squats with 7 ww2 situps in between (audible from Hush Puppy to mix it up from the donkey kicks)

Next segment was of a history lesson of Bunker Hill June 17th 1775 British troops went up the hill 3 times and colonial troops held their ground three times until they ran out of ammunition:
40 LBCs bottom hill/7 bonnie blares top of hill
40 American hammers/7 bonnie blares top of hill
40 big boy situps/7 wolverines top of hill

Finished up with ring of monkey humpers

COT:

Hush Puppy brought the wisdom from Hebrews around gathering together in fellowship and supporting each other.

Prayers went up for Swiper’s daughters wedding, Swipers wallet and YHC’s trip with Lighthouse Family Retreat next week.
