Joint Q on a Rainy Monday at Grindstone

Preamble:

4 PAX showed up at 0500 for a short and slow pre run to Publix and back. We realized we did not have a Q so we Q’d by committee. Snowman, Crab Cake, Inseam and Napalm

Warm-O-Rama:

Snowman – Mosey to the front parking lot for some SSH, Weed Pickers, Copperhead Squats and Circle Burps. Halfway through our warm up the skies opened up and those that missed the pre run got drenched. Us pre runners already had a good lather going….the wet T-shirt contest was won by Saasy Mom.

The Thang:

Crab Cake – Mosey to BigA lot for Dora with Coupons.

Coupon Partner – Curls, OH Press, SkullCrushers, Rows – 100ea

Mosey Partner – up the stairs to Ball Pavillion and back

Inseam – Mosey to top of LongA lot for Bear Crawl Merkin Suicide.  BC an additional parking space, Merkin to match # of parking spaces, mosey back.  Stop at 11

Napalm – Mosey to bottom of LongA lot for Marines stuff.

Fireman carry partner to top, 5 squats, fireman back, flapjack

Seal Situps

Pentagon Merkins – feet rest on back of adjacent PAX

COT:

Discussed the upcoming Murph. Need a headcount so we can figure out the amount of groceries.
