box jumps for a minute

repeat both

8 PAX partner up and grab girlfriends (Pax1 Cuask while Pax2 runs – catch and swap for 5 mins)

3 remaining Pax – dips and shoulder press for 5 mins

team of 6 and team of 5 (2 girlfriends each group)

relay – run and farmer carry GF’s down and back…. repeat till all members complete

relay – Bernie Sanders run and 10 merkins on GF’s and back, swap

mosey to flag and drop GF’s, mosey to stairs to find sandbags

team relay – carry sandbags down stairs, across to other stairs and back up, swap

Indian run and pass sandbags to last person continue to flag, TIME!
