Preamble:

Back again for another Tabata workout.

Warm-O-Rama:

  • Side straddle hops
  • Toy soldiers
  • Weed pickers

The Thang:

Once again using the 4 cycle, 5 exercise Tabata workout, with Cycle 1 and 3 being the same and Cycle 2 and 4 being the same.

Cycle 1 / 3 – With Cinder Blocks

  • Deadlifts
  • Rows
  • Curls
  • Lunges
  • Thrusters

Cycle 2 / 4 – No Blocks except as noted

  • LBCs
  • Flutter kicks
  • Cinder block presses
  • American hammers
  • Big boys

Each exercise was 1:35 of work and 0:25 of rest / warm up exercises.

It was pretty cold so after exercise chatter was at a minimum.  That being said, I appreciate you all coming out.
