Tower of Burpees

Preamble:

9 PAX knew they could count on YHC to keep them warm on the coldest workout of the winter so far.

Warm-O-Rama:

Side Straddle Hop 30x i.c.

Chain Gang made it just in time.

The Thang:

Mosey to Womack Rd for a Cherokee Run down to the back parking lot of Georgia State Dunwoody.  Pause for the six with Mountain Climbers 15x i.c.

Squats at the gate to Georgia State Dunwoody 15x i.c.

Mosey to the second parking garage (tall one), plank for the six

Tower of Burpees: 1 burpee at the bottom, adding 1 burpee each time you turn a corner, 12 burpees at the top and back down to 1

A security truck drove through the parking garage during the workout.  Afraid they would have to do burpees, the driver pretended we weren’t there.

Side Straddle Hop for the six

Mosey back to Womack Road

Cherokee Run back to the entrance to Dunwoody High School, pausing to do a lunge walk for the six.

Bear crawl back to COT

Dubya and Team Mom are Thursday, but Manhole reminded us there are still a lot of empty slots.
