Core Monday at The Wreck

Preamble:

It was the first morning with temps in the 30’s so YHC wasn’t sure if more than a few PAX would be there.  But the guilt of too much Halloween candy over the weekend brought 15 other PAX out to get the week start right.

Warm-O-Rama:

After the disclaimer we warmed up with the following:

10 Windmills

12 Imperial Walkers

12 Sprinklers

10 SSHs

The Thang:

Thang 1

After warm up we moved into 11’s in the football field parking lot starting with 10 wall mountain climbers agains the concession stand wall and 1 merkin on the opposite side of the parking lot.  We continued back and forth until we did 1 wall mountain climber and 10 merkins.  Those who finished early did a round of mary while waiting on the six.

Thang 2

After 11’s we moved to the football field for Escalating 4 Corners. We started with 10 Peter Parkers in corner 1, 10 PPs and 20 BBSs in corner 2, 10 PPs, 20 BBSs and 30 American Hammers in corner 3 and then 10 PPs, 20 BBSs, 30 AHs and 40 LBCs in corner 4.  Once completed we worked our way back down doing the 4 corners in reverse.

All PAX finished with only a few minutes left, so we moseyed back to the flag.

COT:

• Prayed for those families still impacted by Tropical Storm Zeta and without power
• Prayers for a safe and civil election tomorrow
