Preamble:

After Hurricane Zeta left thousand of people without power, including our AO, it was questionable how this was going to go down.  So YHC simply decided to duplicate, but adjust, a previous House of Pain BD.  Of course, it was still Halloween Eve and costumes were important for this trick or treat.  More importantly, White Claw decided to join us prior to his Birthday Q BD!

Warm-O-Rama:

Let’s mosey to the parking lot across the street…that has power and lights!  And, wait…there are coupons and a whiteboard already set up?

The Thang:

Partner Up and grab a coupon.

ROUND 1:

Partner A does suicide Rifle Carries with Cinder.  (4 stops)

Partner B does Burpees until partner hits 2rd stop & Merkins until finish

(Switch & Repeat)

Partner A does sprint suicides (4 stops)

Partner B does Side Straddle Hops until partner hits 2nd stop & Coupon Thrusters until finish

(Switch & Repeat)

ROUND 2:

Partner A does regular suicides (4 stops)

Partner B does Coupon Lunges until partner hits 2nd stop & Coupon Squats until finish

(Switch & Repeat)

Partner A does regular suicides (4 stops)

Partner B does Coupon Curls until partner hits 2nd stop and  Coupon Skull Crushers until finish

ROUND 3: (Knockout Round)

Everybody does BOMBS

5- Burpees / 5- Overhead Claps / 5- Merkins / 5- Big Boy Sit-ups / 5- Squats.

Continued prayers for those affected with COVID.  Thundermeat rescheduled for 11/7.  Rusty and Woody pushing wheelchair athletes to benefit Kyle Pease Foundation on Sunday.  Prayers for unspoken as well.

Happy Birthday to White Claw and many thanks for joining the costume party.  We had Richards Simmons (Snax), Elf (Brutus), a Cowboy (Woody), Heavy Metal Rocker (Rusty), Birthday Boy (White Claw), and Sprocket and Goat are simply legendary without the theatrics.  Always a pleasure to lead these men.
