This beatdown occurred at the Coliseum up in Sugar Hill. Below is an account of their trials.
On this wonderful morning we had 2 strong willed PAX make an appearance in the gloom. Excited to strengthen each other and share the good news of the Coliseum to sad clowns in the area. They showed up to get morning started right.
Warm-O-Rama:
Standard warm-o-rama for these humble HIMs. Mosey to the round-a-bout and then back to the flags. Followed up my some good ol’ QIC. Side Shuttle Hops, Weed pickers, Imperial walkers and Merkins.
The Thang:
Mosey to circle by the ice rink:

Q wanted to use the outdoor arena but found that some construction was going on. So after a little mosey around the property, yours truly decided to make this a bridge day.
Stairs, Bridge and Hill Tabata. 3 Sets of 3 rounds each

- 20 1 count Mary Catherine and 20 BBS

COT:
Prayer for Dawn as he continues to raise money for his mission trip to Greece. It’s going well and actually is a praise for how that is going. But there still a lot of road to go before he is fully funded.
Prayer for Simba as he is a new father and loving every minute of it. That he would lead his M & 2.0 well and with intention.
