QIC saw an empty signup this week for Halo and decided a good bookend after Friday's BD at Galaxy.

The Thang:

QIC took PAX to center of the parking lot at Halo to explain this mornings activities. We would to 11's but Dark Star. Burpees in the center with the other four corners being taken up with Merkins, Squats, WWIIs and Shoulder Taps. Always return to the center for your Burpees and all four corners have to be complete before you reduce/increase counts for your 11s.
