Preamble:
As week two of the Nantan tour is winding down I find myself back in Johns Creek to visit with the men of the H0.0ch! Of course I did not come alone, #TheGirlfriends came, too.
The weather was “warm” at 64 degrees but with a nice breeze it felt good. A rain shower blew over just before we started but with the nice pavilion we had no concerns about water from the skys. The water that would shortly be dripping from my face is a different story!
Warm-O-Rama:
0529 – quick disclaimer and start the Muse-ic. Another morning workout with the Muse playlist.
- SSH
- Weed Pickers
- Imperial Walker
As the song finished up I gave instructions and everyone grabbed a Girlfriend.
Partner 1 does the first exercise to the count and partner 2 does AMRAP of the corresponding exercise and swap roles when the count is reached. Continue on until the song ends and we get a new combo for the next song.

The Hooch has some hims that are getting after it! Acceleration takes overcoming inertia and what better way to do it than in the gloom with your brothers!
Good to see our young HIM out there making it happen this morning, Woodchip (10 y/o)!
Lots of talk at all the AOs this week about getting started rucking. Just grab a sack, put some weight in it and walk. There you go. Start light, may 15-20 lbs. Old text books, bricks, whatever you have. Increase as you go along to 30 lbs. for full challenge weight.
Thanks for having me out, men!
