Foley has a question for us all, what layers should be worn at what temperature.  Now, if you notice, Foley wears the same outfit 4 days a week.  I applaud him for his 4 day a week commitment but his concern about clothing is odd since it never changes.  With today being sub 30 degrees, I personally go with the following:

  • 3 layers up top
    • 1 long sleeve shirt
    • 1 short sleeve shirt
    • Some sort of shell, pull over, fleece, etc
  • 2 layers on legs
    • 1 pair of tights
    • 1 pair of shorts
    • Knee high socks
  • Something to cover my head and ears
  • Decent pair of gloves with fingers

As temperatures rise, layers go away.  I hope that helps Foley and more importantly I hope he finds more clothes in his closet.

Warm up:

**Forgive me for my fumble on the announcements.  My mind went blank.**

  • Weed Pickers X 15
  • Imperial Walker X 15
  • Hop scotch: 4 rounds of jumping back and forth across a chalk line. The first time with both feet, the second with the right foot only.  The Third with the left foot only. The forth alternating feet.
  • Mosey to wall.
    • 20 left leg lifts
    • 20 right leg lifts
    • 20 dips
  • Start at goal line – Wheel barrow with partner to the 50 yard line. Switch with partner and complete the next 50 to the opposite goal line. Run back.
  • Run 90 yards to the 10 yard line and do 90 LBCs – Return
  • Run 80 yards to the 20 yard line and do 80 Squats – Return
  • Run 70 yards to the 30 yard line and do 70 Merkins – Return
  • Run 60 yards to the 40 yard line and do 60 Apollo Ono’s – Return
  • Run 50 yards to the 50 yard line and lunge walk back
  • Run 40 yards and do 40 Big Boy Sit-ups – Return
  • Run 30 yards and do 30 Wide Arm Merkins – Return
  • Run 20 yards and do 20 Carolina Dry Docks/Stone Mountains
  • Run 10 yards and broad jump back
  • Mosey to the wall again
    • 20 left leg lifts
    • 20 right leg lifts
    • 20 dips
  • Mosey to flag
  • Marry
    • Diamond Merkins
    • Dying Cockroach
    • 10 Burpees
    • American Hammers
