A carefree PAX with no worries showed up on this low-key Thanksgiving week to experience another Seles beatdown. It was a true Crowd Pleaser surrounded by many tabatas and all left the AO bereft of stress!

15 Side Straddle Hops, 15 Baryshnikovs (ea leg), 15 Mary Katherines, 10 Run-Stance-Switch, 10 12-count around the world lunges, 10 Kitty Kats i.c.
Mosey to Picnic area for a Dip tabata: 20 sec. of exercise, 10 sec. rest 8X
Mosey to Pit of Pain for a Jump-Up tabata
Mosey to Seles Stop for a Mary tabata: Heels-to-Heaven
Mosey to back of school for the Crowd Pleaser: 5 Burpees at one end, 5 merkins at two stops in between (coming and going) and 1 Burpees at the other end up the stairs. Work down from 5 to 1 at the start and up from 1 to 5 at the end.
Mosey to start area for a Stone Mountain tabata.
End with Mary tabata: Low Dolly
