As the only Rubicon BD this week a call went out to know what the PAX were thankful for in the gloom. 17 showed up to give thanks. 3 PAX jogged in from their 4+ miler pre BD.

WARMUP
we moseyed the long way around to the lot by the tennis courts.

15 Imperial Walkers
Count off into groups of 4 and hit the playground
THE THANG
Our four groups split off for 3 rounds of 10X, like a Turkey in bowling, of the following (with the most thankful PAX attributed)
Burpees by the wall (Miller Time)
Pull ups (Pellets)
Swerkin (Mayhem)
Bonnie Blairs across the bridge (Turbine who didn’t seem as thankful now)
We did our best to fit in a Crazy Indian Balls to the Wall (Zima) with so many PAX on a short wall
To the FOD
We circle the mound for:
Monkey Humper around the world (Cookie)
Captain Thor (Mayhem and MT)
To home plate:
The PAX team up and wheel barrow (MT again….) to first for 10X Diamond Merkins (Jackalope)
Flippy Floppy to second for Squats
Flippy Floppy to third for Merkins
Flippy Floppy home for some group mary for the 6
Line up on third base line
We burpee broad jump (Devito) to the outfield
We sprint to the fence (Zima who wanted more running)
Mosey back to the flag for mary
Freddy Mercury (The exercise that I am thankful for)
Dolly….er I mean Box Cutter (Bo Knows)
Plank (MT)
