With Veterans day approaching we kept the exercises tried and true military favorites. First round courtesy of Fudd was:
21’s…..Merkins and Big Boy Sit Ups
1 Merkin:1BBSU, run 25 yards out then back
2:2 run, 3:3 run…working up to 21/21 of each.
I had mentioned a couple weeks ago to remember that the fields do not drain as advertised and avoid them after a good rain…my apologies to Skynyrd as I repeated my mistake and we looked like we had hopped in a pool by the 2nd sit up. Oh well, we pressed onward.

Using the soccer bench we rinsed and repeated 21’s only with dips and air squats. Same ratio’s all the way to 21.
