Over to the track for a short set of lunges followed by a mosey to the flag circle.

Mosey to the front of the school. Incline Merkins and then Australian Pull-ups (IC and x10 – two rounds). Mosey to the Seles stop for a wall sit. Mosey to the upper lot for a repeat-O, for a round of Merkins, two rounds to be exact, incrementing through the PAX (1-12).
