25 PAX dedicated their Wednesday morning to some heavy heartbeats and more sweat than usual (at least in my case). With some chatter on the local hills in the last few days YHC took it upon himself to explore one of the more brutal…Knoll Woods.

The Thang
With the legs stretched we take off a little over a half mile OUT of the park (practicing our side-to-sides) to the Knoll Woods hood where a daunting hill awaited. We stopped halfway for some burpee action then got to our hill.
From the top of the hill to the bottom of the hill we did the following:
- 25 Werkins
- Run to the bottom
- 25 Jump Squats
- Run to the Top
- 25 Werkins
- Run to the Bottom
- 25 Monkey Humpers
- Run to the top
- 25 Werkins
- Run to the bottom
- 25 Sumo Squats
- Run to the top
- 25 Werkins
- Run to the bottom
- 25 Jump Squats
- Run to the top
- 25 Werkins
- Run to the bottom
- 25 Monkey Humpers
- Run BACKWARDS to the top
- 25 Werkins
- Run to the bottom
- 25 Squats
- Run BACKWARDS to the top
By this time we had about 8 minutes to get back to the flag and YHC was almost as gassed as ever since doing F3. Slow mosey back to the flag where time was called.
