In between the sets we run increasing distances in the field
Ring of Fire:
Step ups, Derkins, Dips and Box Jumps – each PAX does one of the exercises while another PAX runs a circle, then switch until each PAX did one of each.
Number 2 LBCs – that’s when you do LBCs until one of the PAX finishes a pit stop.
11s:
Starting with 10 Big Boy Sit Ups at the bottom of the steps and 1 American Hammer at the top.
