Bravo to everyone in attendance as all of us pushed through to finish this one. We will be feeling the Bonnie Blair’s well into the weekend. Kudos to Reuben for throwing down the best time of the morning.
Wiped out as we were the show had to go on, and after some time the previous night spent searching the endless exercises on the homepage I had just the routine to get us through to Mary.
The Thang II
“GutBusters”
While playing the title track to Ghostbusters (we did take a minute to explain the movie to our youngest brother IKEA, who wasn’t around when this one hit the theaters) all PAX hold a plank. Every time the word “Ghostbusters” is said do a burpee, and during the chorus of “I ain’t afraid of no ghost” we plank jack. Shoulders/Core/Legs and everything in between felt the 4 minutes of pain this brought on us.
