B.O.M.B.S with Sandbabie’s
So for those who paid attention to my GIF clue left on Friday you had an idea of what was to come.
We started this morning at 0600 with a nice brisk sub 14 min mile ruck. Those in attendance :
Misty, Legionaire, Harp, Bloodhound, Babyface, Westside, Yogi
Great job all for the extra effort.
It looks like we have finally outlasted out cold weather and we rucked and ran our way into a beautiful day. So I have never been one to be long winded so lets get to it:
Long Range Bombers
Pair up with one sandbag per group.
Everyone heads to the first of the trail markers on the track.
One partner runs to the next marker without the sandbag and starts performing B.O.M.S .
The second walks with the sandbag held overhead until he meets their partner and gives him the sandbag them runs to the next marker to pick up with B.O.M.B.S
The partner who received the sandbag walks to the next post sandbag overhead or best effort.
Rinse and Repeat
The exercises and reps are: 50- Burpees / 100- Overhead Claps / 150- Merkins / 200- Big Boy Sit-ups / 250- Squats.
We completed two laps for a total of 2.6 miles
After that we passed the Sandbabie’s Over and under the wooden fence approximately 30 times before heading back to the flags for an on time finish.
