4 PAX take the road to Bethany and back

AO: Hoppy Like

PAX (): El Matador, Foghorn, Scar, Ha-ha

The mornings are cooler again but the pollen is still in the air.  So 4 PAX jumped on the train to Bethany to get our morning run in…

Just to be clear, I always say all paces welcome and I mean it. This morning was a Gazelle group with one old Antelope along for the ride (YHC).

We left west on Milton to right on Canton, left on Mayfield all the way down to left on Bethany across to Mid Broadwell (which turns into Milton closer to downtown) and aback to the start. YHC, coming off of a wounded knee, ran his hardest run in quite a while. I kept up with the gazelles (or they slowed up for me) until Peanut hill at which time my redlined engine required some recovery. All in all a great run and a good time with the guys.

COT

safe travels for all the returning PAX and families from Spring Break
