Today we arrived at the Hurt Locker and were wondering what happened to the weather. All week long it’s been awesome and this morning it’s in the mid 30’s. Blech, Well no better way to get warm than to do some Burpees, so lets get to it.

The Thang:

Today I brought out the Bucket of Balls, AKA Balls Of Fury.  We spent the next hour of picking balls that had assorted exercises and F3 routines written on them. It was my job to keep up the intensity and intense it was. To many exercises to mention but here are a few:

Bearpees
Burpees
Ring of fire crunchy-frogs
Flutter kicks
Mt. Cimbers
Catch me if you can
Indian run
Bropees
Duck Jousting
11’s
Bearcrawl

And then some, we even went a few minutes longer’

COT:

We have the Spartan Sprint coming up April 14th
I am looking to schedule a 2.0 soon as well as a 2.0 overnight at Carters lake.
