I pulled into the AO right at 0530 this morning running a tad late after the Easter eating frenzy. What goes in must… well never mind.
I was not expecting any other PAX since it was Spring Break and YHC knew some were out so I was planning a long run solo but lo and behold there was a car waiting in the parking lot. Might not be F3 though. Then Scar hopped out and I knew I was not going solo! It is Scar’s first trip up to the Fire Swamp. He is off work for Spring Break week and decided to start his day with a run.
Flag planted, Strava on, headlamps on. Off we go.
A bright moon accompanied us as we decided since we had the time to make it a run to Bethelview and back for a solid 8 miles. My longest run since IT band issues had me slowed down. A lot of good discussion along the way. If more people ran together we could solve more problems!
