Mosey to the MS-2 field for the following exercises:
SSH X 30
Toy Soldiers X 30 (15 each leg)
Slow Squats X 15
Cotton Pickers X 15
Slow Merkins X 15
Pax were warmed up and ready to roll, so we moseyed to the playground to start the main event.
Pax paired up for a modified BLIMPS circuit with music from Dave Brubeck and Lee Morgan in the background. One partner runs one lap in the clockwise direction around the playset while the other partner performs the BLIMPS exercises starting with Burpees. The partners then swapped roles and also alternated between running forward and running backward (in the same clockwise direction). Rinse and repeat until every team completes 100 cumulative total reps of each of the following exercises.
Lunges (100 each leg)
Imperial Walkers (100 each leg)
Teams who finished early worked in multiple sets of Mary for the Six. We then moseyed towards the MS-2 field and circled back in the direction of the flag, stopping at the top of the hill across from the Johnson community center for another circuit routine.
Reps of running up and down the hill, with an increasing number of Squat – Imperial Walker Combo at the top with each trip up (starting with one) and a decreasing number of SSH at the bottom (starting with nine). After 4 reps, it was time to mosey back to the flag for a minute or so of Mary.
