QIC led the PAX to the front parking lot. We did various stretches / warmups in the parking lot. Nothing fancy just getting ready. Remember class - the motion is the lotion.The Thang:
Mosey to the circle Round 1- Burpees, Jump Squats, Monkey Humpers
- rep ct - 5, 10,15
- Do the rep ct of each exercise and then bernie 1 lap round the circle then forward 1 lap
- Merkins (Wide, Normal, Diamond)
- rep ct - 5, 10,15
- Do the rep ct of each exercise and then bernie 1 lap round the circle then forward 2 laps
- LBCs, BBSU, Flutter Kicks (6-10 inches)
- rep ct - 10, 20, 30
- Do the rep ct of each exercise and then bernie 1 lap round the circle then forward 2 laps
- Mosey to the long section of the parking lot.
- Q called for a mix of bear crawls (2 parking spaces) and broad jumps (2 spaces).
- Rinse and repeat the full length of the lot.
- Q called for a "shuffle run'. PAX would follow the Q in a shuffle in / out of the parking lot lines. Q occasionally called for a new special things like Burpees.
- Q asked the bunch "are your legs tired" and the PAX fell for it - there was a resounding YES!
- Q called for a pyramid of Dips and Derkins. Starting with 1 rep of each, work your way up to 10 of each.
- Q finally called for 3 rounds of balls to the wall (10 sec, 20 sec, and 30 sec)
