Preamble:

15 PAX joined me in celebrating my seven year anniversary in F3.  Decided to keep the theme that started with Caffey and Miller Time to see how much we know about Special K.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the pool parking lot for a short warm up and to grab a coupon for those without cinders

The Thang:

YHC had a playlist of nine songs, nine chosen exercises, nine modes of transportation, and nine questions about Special K.  PAX partnered up.  For the duration of each song one PAX performed an exercise while the other moved halfway done the parking lot with a different mode of transportation.  When one PAX got back, they flapjacked.  Before the exercise and transportation began, a Special K trivia question was given.  If answered correctly PAX performed 7 burpees, if answered incorrectly, PAX performed 14 burpees. PAX did a pretty good job and answered most questions correctly.  With No-See-Um sometimes having a better memory than me about me.

COT:

To echo Miller Time from Tuesday.  These last seven years would not have been possible without all you men.  Thank you for being there. Prayers to the families and everyone affected by the fatal car crash in Alpharetta this week involving a car of teenagers.
