Under Cover

Preamble:

It was very moist in the gloom

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey straight to the picnic pavilion for some Willy Mays Hayes, Weed Pickers and SSH. Mosey back to the flag so YHC could grab his gloves that he left in the car. Mosey back to the pavilion.

The Thang:

We got things kicked off with a burpee apocalypse. It was sucky as always.

Next we setup 5 stations with jump squats, step ups, under table pullups, inclined merkans and dips. All PAX performed the station’s exercise while the PAX doing jump squats counted to 40 then we switch. After 2 full rotations we were ready for the next thang.

Next up was a little merkan ring of fire until we got to 50.

By this time the rain had let up enough that we ventured out from the pavilion. We did one long mosey around the park with a stop for some DB drills and then some duck walk / lunge suicides.

Back to the pavilion for a couple minutes of mary.
