Warm-O-Rama:
Just run son.
The Thang:
- 5 PAX gathered at 4:20am (WFT?!?!) for a 5 mile pre-run.
- We made it back to the parking lot a little before 5:15am for the regular run. The group then did another 6 miles.
- We tackled the Six Branches nightmare hill on the first section, the Back Door and Branch Valley hills on the second section.
What a morning!
