Preamble:

Coming back from vacation is a great way to get back in the F3 swing.  And a 52 yr Bday Q to boot.  Lots of interesting chatter this morning.  There was talk of someone potentially using another’s cinder as a manhood resting station.  This was followed up with a slight partnering mix up.  Apparently Sell-Out has been seeing another PAX on the side and Blue was offended. This caused the Sell-Out and Blue break up.  Hope we don’t have to choose friend sides!!

All this and we just barely were warmed up.

Warm-O-Rama:

Warm-O Rama:  SSH, Windmills, Plank Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Forward and Reverse Arm Circles.

 

The Thang:

Thang 1:

Partner Up (here’s were the break up occurred).  Partner A Runs 2 Lamp posts, does 2 burpees and returns to meet Partner B.  Partner B is farmer carrying 2 cinders down the path.  Flap Jack and continue around trail to the Pond.  Stopping at the Hill to secure your own cinder and Cusack it up the hill for 2 lamp posts.  If you lower it you owe a burpee.

Thang 2:

4 Stations set up around the pond.  1/4 mile loop.  You start each Rotation with 3 Burpees followed by running to Station 1.  At Station 1, do the first exercise on the list and move to station 2.  Continue until you complete all 4 stations.  Round 2 starts with 3 Burpees and onto Station 1 where you do the exercise list 2nd on the list.  Each exercise is 26 Reps.

Prayers for a Roswell Station neighbor who’s daughter is battling cancer and Sell-Outs daughter going through a tough break up.
