Windjammer Pool Party Continues

Preamble:

Continuing the Monday Ruck/Runs followed by coffee & pool time, the tradition moved to YHCs house this week.  Since school starts next week I think this is the last Monday offsite, but you never know…there are plenty of Monday holidays in the Fulton County school system, so we may keep this going.

Warm-O-Rama:

There was no warm-up.  We’re running this way, you ruck that way.  Meet back here in 45.

The Thang:

Run was about 4.75 miles and ruck was around 2.8 miles.  Nice work men!

Naked-Man Moleskin:

What a good way to start the week.  The pool was a perfect temp after a humid run. Coffee and a good time was had by all.

Milli Vanilli fartsacked….we know what those smell like, so his poor M probably can’t smell anymore…

Townie let us know that he wants to be renamed to Backdoor Brad, so we’ll vote on Wednesday when we’re back in the official location so it can…um…be official.
