Preamble:

Been too long since I hit up windjammer. Missed all the fishing and seeing the faces. But Peachtree is over so time to get out on the road again. Plus signing up to Q will really force you out of the house in the morning.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the lake for the usual warmup stuff. A realization that MV was not at 100 so maybe my idea of running all over wouldn’t be great. Time to adjust.

The Thang:

Work our way back to the parking lot with a stop at each street lamp for 5 mercans, 10 squats, 15 LBCs

At the lot we grab a rock. Four rounds of 15 Curls, 15 Presses, 15 Skull crushers and a big lap.

Back to the street lamp cycle around the parking lot. Sometimes we lunge walk in between, sometimes we run backwards, bearcrawl and even zombie walk to each pole.

One more round of rocks to turn them back in and back to the flag
