Preamble:

Well the rain held off.  Whew.  I didn’t have a plan to stay out of the rain.  Glad I didn’t have to have a Q in waiting.  With the Thursday guys night out at Artillery Room, QIC was expecting very light numbers.  Arrived early set the flag and ready to go.  PAX started to roll in.  We had 8.  0530 … lets Mosey

Warm-O-Rama:

Moseyed to the oldest parking lot in Roswell; overlooking the baseball field.  Disclaimer given.  Warm-o-Rama consisted of:

  • 15 SSH
  • 10 Weed Pickers
  • 10 Slow Squats
  • Worlds Greatest Stretch
  • Arm Circles F/R
  • Michael Phelps

 

The Thang:

Thang1:

Moseyed to the base of the hill going up to the gym.  Instructed PAX to Crawl Bear up the road.  Every 5 “steps” do 1 Merkin.  Finally made it to the top.  Moseyed to the parking lot overlooking tennis courts.

Thang 2:

  • Round 1:  10 Merkins, Bear Crawl to parking space line.  10 Merkins, Bobby Hurley forward to next parking space.  10 Merkins, crab walk to end of parking space and 10 more Merkins. 40 Total
  • Round 2:  40 Diamond Merkins with similar travel plan.  Swapped Boby Hurleys for Lunges but kept Bear Crawls and Crab Walks
  • Round 3:  40 Wide Merkins at 4 stops.  Swapped Lunges with reverse lunges

Thang 3:

Moseyed around to the gymnastics building.  Partner A does Balls to the Wall while Partner B does the following.  Flap Jack.  2 Rounds each exercise.  20 Plank Jacks.  30 DC American Hammers.  20 J-Lo.  Moseyed to the playground

Thang 4:

Partner A – 5 Swerkins and Partner B – 10 Shrugs.  Several rounds of this.  Switch to 5 pullups and 10 Dips.  Several more rounds.  Final set was 1 round of 10 step ups each leg and 10 Supermans.   Moseyed back to the flag and no time for Mary.  Time!

COT:

Spring Convergence – May 6th at The Wreck.  7:00 – 8:00.  Still need volunteers.  Check Slack.

Prayers for a fellow PAX family member (sorry, I forgot … Thanks Blue for the prayer request)  And Prayers for Donor’s college roommate who lost his sister-in-law to drug abuse.
