Wakesport typically shows up right at the 530 bell, so we didn’t think too much of him not being there to start but this morning be never showed…

The Thang:

Mosey out to the church, and then we divided the morning amongst 4 pax

• jorts – wall sit and stair runs with an exercise on the opposite stair platform
• wideright – parking spot suicides, 10 lines, increasing by 1 markin at each line, up and down the ladder
• fondue guy – 4 corners,  5-10-15-20
• fannie – Indian run with a football we found in the parking lot, 5 reps of exercises every time the ball got dropped, which was a lot
