I don’t often make it to Starting Line on Wednesday, but when I do, it is for a ruck. So with sore arms from an excellent Suarez BD at Firehouse, I signed up and declared that it would be a ruck

We rucked at a nice pace for nearly 2.5 miles and enjoyed camaraderie and conversation.
