Preamble:

With site Q looking for some Qs this week, YHC decided to take Monday as I’ll be DR rest of the week.

Warm-O-Rama:

Moseyed to the playground, stopping at each light to do a Bobby Hurley.

The Thang:

Did a quick morning call, then mosey over to the stadium seats, continuing the Bobby Hurley tradition. YHC thinking that Aflac might be out of town, decided imitation is the best form of flattery, and would pull a few of Aflac’s old faithfuls. Something painful that I could blame Aflac for, seemed like a win-win. But alas, no dice as he was in attendance. So we did the incline merkins on the stairs, adding a rep each step. Then switched to do the same thing with squats and box jumps.

Over to the football field for some red barchetta (I think, who knows). Did 25 Bonnie Blair’s, 50 LBC, 75 jump ropes, 100 SSH. Once done, did a quick 15 big boys and then back to the playground.
did 3 rounds of 10 shrugs, 15 dips, 15 step ups.

most unexpected pain was during Mary, when Aflac said we’d do American hammers until a certain PAX put down his legs. I think we were close to 50 before we stopped. Then two more exercises.

COT:

Echo noticed over 50% of today’s Pax were due respect. Great group to be around.
Also mention Halpha day coming up, same day as Helen back in April.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Great group this morning. Never knew couple of guys could get so excited about hockey in Boston. Shoulda challenged them to get on the ice during the game to do some burpees
