Thriller

Preamble:

**Movie voiceover guy** In a world plagued by fartsack zombies who threaten to keep us from keep us from being fit and healthy,6 men team up to fight back against the zombie hordes in the gloom of pre-dawn. Using various methods at their disposal the rag tag band of misfits and ne’er do wells face off against the horrifying monsters of laziness, self delusion, and the most sinister of them all called “Comfort”. Will they be successful?

Warm-O-Rama:

Right off the bat the team was thrown for a loop when they were met with a Slaughter Starter of 20 burpees before they did anything else.  The mumble chatter was loud and ferocious but they managed to make it through the burpees and then it was time to Run! Zombies!

After escaping the small group of zombies that gave chase – they arrived at the warm up zone. Where they did some Sun Gods, Weed Pickers, and Imperial Walkers.

Out of nowhere there came another gaggle of zombies and it was time to Run! Zombies!

The Thang:

They decided to follow what is know as the THRILLER protocol whereby they would attempt to defeat the fartsack zombies once and for all (or at least for today)

T-Turkish Get Up – 15

R-Rockette Dips (back at the pavilion)– 10 AC (Pax lifts alternating legs with each dip – so the total of dips is 20)

I-Iron Hulk-(1:4 Ratio Merkins to Air Press) – Up to 10/40 – At this point we feared that we had lost Ace to the “walkers” – Thankfully he was able to battle them off after a stop at the restroom for a debriefing.

Mary – Ace called WW2 situps, Lifelock called Bonnie Blairs (Just kidding, if you have ever been to Firehouse for Mary you know darn well he called American Hammers. Then Lightweight called for leg raises. Then our time was up having successfully defeated the zombies…for now. MWWWWWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

COT:

Several prayer requests mentioned, prayers, pic, and coffeteria. Good conversations.
