The Thang:

Took this from Valley Girl because it’s such a great idea 🙂

Listed 14 different workouts with the number of reps for each one on a dry erase board. There were 8 tally marks by each.

Each person would pick two work outs and remove a tally from the one they picked. After they did two the would do a short run and pick two more. We kept this up until all tallies were removed.

Ended with a round of mary
