Warm-O-Rama:
- 10x Weed Picker
- 10x Hill Billy
- 10x Copperhead Squat
- Arm circles while we walked to collect our cinder blocks
The Thang:
Round 1:
PAX started with 1 rep of the following exercises with the cinder block:
- Squat
- Row
- Curl
Upon completion, PAX farm carried their block to the other side of the workout area and completed the same rep count, and then returned to the starting point. Rep count then increased to 2 of each exercise on each side, then 3, etc, until 13 reps.
Round 2:
Same format, but different three exercises:
- Presses from the ground
- Skull crushers from the ground
- V Ups
