Can’t Beat The View

Preamble:

3 non-quarantined PAX ventured out to test the stamina and strength in their legs.

Warm-O-Rama:

Took a mosey lake—side for some SSH, Imperial Walker, Hillbillies, and arm circles.

The Thang:

Started out with a burpee mile up the hill. At each intersection PAX took a 5 burpee toll. Came back down the hill paying 10 big boys at each toll.

On our mosey back to the parking lot, the sun was coming up over the lake so we took a detour to finish the BD lake-side. Why not enjoy the view?

Grabbed a coupon from the convenient rock pile to crank out a circuit of elevens. Single leg squats with your back leg up on a bench (alpha count), lung with a rifle carry of your coupon about 15 yards for a dying cockroach with coupon, lung and rifle carry back.

This took us to our time limit, we ditched the coupons to mosey back to our flag.

COT:

Prayed for our fellow PAX and their families in quarantine. My buddy’s wife committed suicide on Tuesday, so please keep him and his son in your prayers.
