Do Bears do Burpees?

Preamble:

2 PAX embraced the suck this am for a hell of a good time! YHC pulled up to the Firehouse at 0525 to see Picker waiting patiently for a companion to save him from the solitude.  Let’s mosey!!

Warm-O-Rama:

We took a stroll down to the lower pavilion for warm-up:

• SSH
• Imperial walkers
• Windmill
• Moroccan nightclubs

The Thang:

Mosey to Lower soccer field for a Bearpee routine.  The distance for our adventure was the width of the goal box.  Both pax do 1 Burpee with a 4 count bear crawl(1:4 ratio) to end of box. Rinse and repeat with 2:4 ratio back-ending with a 4:4 ratio of 4 burpees with bear crawl.

Already generating a good lather of sweat, we ventured to corner 1 of the field for a game of 7 of Diamonds- 4 corners of exercises starting with 7 reps each.  Each round was increased by 7 reps after completion.  Run 100 yds and Bernie Sanders the in lines. Here were the exercises:

• Round 1- 7 burpees each corner
• R2- 14 plank jacks
• R3- 21 merkins
• R4- 28 squats

COT:

With time to spare we headed back to the flag for Mary.
