16 PAX Logged a #TheGirlfriends Workout at the Rube

Preamble:
I always look forward to going back to my original AO, The Rubicon! It is where F3 started for YHC. But these guys know me! So I had to find a way to throw them a curve ball. And I had just the thing.
Warm-O-Rama:
After a thorough disclaimer since we had an FNG and we would be doing some, ahem, unusual things, we mosied off to the pool parking lot where #TheGirlfriend chariot awaited us. Starting up the first song (all Muse tunes this morning. Time to get some Alt. Rock going in here!) we did some F3 standard:
- SSH
- Weed Pickers
- Imperial Walkers
The Thang:
Musical Dora
It was time to get down to business. Not only did we have #TheGirlfriends this morning but there lesser know butt ugly younger brothers The Pine Logs. Standard for my Musical Dora routine, there is an exercise for each song on the play list. Partner 1 does the exercise while partner 2 runs to the opposite side of the parking lot and back. BUT, if there is a log when you start to run, grab another runner and jog the log to the other end of the parking lot and leave it there. Likewise if you get to the other end of the parking lot and there is a log there, grab another runner and jog it back to the start. The log have to keep moving all morning.
Meanwhile the exercises went like this:

After putting the logs back on top of #TheGirlfriend chariot we returned to the flag as the clock struck 6:15.
