8 PAX posted at Big Creek to endure the cold temps and make themselves better men!
We started with a mosey to the standard warmup spot and did the following:
15 SSH
15 Weed Pickers
15 Windmills
YHC likes to bring his phone to keep notes and it fell out of his pocket on the 2nd SSH but fortunately the PAX continued to count in cadence while it was retrieved. Then a car came and interrupted the weed pickers.
The Thang
Grab a coupon (YHC found Swipers perfect rectangle one from Tuesday) and head to the turf field. We set up 6 exercise stations at the four corners of the field and at the 50 yard line of each side. After 25 reps at each exercise station, revert back to center of the field to pay your toll with 5 burpees. The workout went like this:
5 Burpees
25 merkins
5 Burpees
25 Overhead Press w Skull Crusher
5 Burpees
25 Star Jumps
5 Burpees
25 Big Boy Sit Ups
5 Burpees
25 Plank Jacks
5 Burpees
25 American Hammers
5 Burpees
Grabbed coupons and mosey to hill for 11s:
10 Curls at Top
1 Lung at Bottom
9 Curls at Top
2 Lunges at Bottom…
All the way to 1 Curl at Top and 10 Lunges at Bottom
After a 10 count, we played the song “Roxanne” which is approximately 3 minutes. Remain in plank position for entire song and Merkin every time you hear “Roxanne” and Plank Jack every time you hear “Put on the Red Light”.
Dispense coupons and mosey to wooden railing for some “Crawl Raccoons” with the option to modify to “Raccoon Crawls” or “Bear Crawls”.
Indian Run back to the Flag for some Mary
We went around in a circle calling out exercises until time expired
