Thanks to those who showed up for the fun on such a cold morning, some of us needed an extra warmup and did the pre-ruck, and it helped!

Mosey to bottom of the hill (you know which hill I mean)
The Thang
So, this was full of exercises named after famous people. Here they are:
Chuck Norris Merkins at the bottom
(backward run)
Floyd Mayweather Planks at the midway point
(regular run)
Bobby Hurley Squats at the top
regular run back down
Nolan Ryan Side Planks (at the middle)
Chair for the six at the bottom.
Start with 20 each of those famous exercises, or people or whatever.
Then 15
Then 10
Then 5 and stop at the top after Bobby Hurley (sorry Nolan Ryan).
Mosey to the next parking lot.
2 sets of 20 Rocky Balboa (toe taps) IC
DB Drills along the parking lot, all the way to the end (pick your favorite famous one – I’ll go with Deion Sanders)
(in DB Drills, you trace the lines in the parking lot up, slide over, run back, slide over, run up, repeat)
then DB Drills back to where it started. (just to make sure they didn’t get too easy)
Mosey to the gazebo by the playground.
2 sets of 20 dips IC.
2 sets of 20 step ups OYO.
Mosey to the building near the (pretty new) soccer field (what’s that logo?)
BTTW for 1 minute while your partner did Al Gore (famous?)
3 sets of that, and everyone was wanting more (lots of great chatter during this), but we were out of time
Mosey back to the flags for 3 minutes of Mary.
