Warm-O-Rama:

A few warm up exercises.  Side straddle hops, windmills, planks and merkins

The Thang:

Ran to the playground for 5 rounds of Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 Merkins, 15 squats) Ran to the football field, partnered up Partner 1 did big boys until partner 2 ran to the 50 and back for several rounds Switched to planks and run for a few rounds Moved to the stands for some 21s Dips at the bottom and flutter kicks at the top Ran back to the flag
