Preamble:

Weather is finally turning nice, great to get out and celebrate some hits of the 80's.  Our playlist was:

Warm-O-Rama:

We mosey'd with our cinders and did SSH, Imperial Walkers, Willie Mays Hayes, Good Mornings and Moroccan Night Clubs.

The Thang:

We move to the field and congregated in the end zone with our friend (cinder):
  • 25 cinder thrusters - bear crawl to 25 yard and back
  • 25 cinder curls - lunge walk to 25 yard and back
  • 25 cinder chest press - run to 50 and back
  • 25 cinder arm/leg extensions - run to other endzone and back
We then paired off and did Dora:
  • 100 merkins (cinder farmer carry)
  • 150 jump squats (cinder farmer carry)
  • 200 lbc's (cinder farmer carry)
We met back in endzone and did a rifle carry ladder with 5 burpees in between:
  • 5 burpees
  • Rifle carry cinder to 45 yard line and back
  • 5 burpees
  • Rifle carry cinder to 40 yard line and back
  • 5 burpees
  • Rifle carry cinder to 35 yard line and back
  • continue pattern
  • We made it to the 15 yard line segment before we headed back to flag.

COT:

Please keep Hail Mary and his sisters in your prayers as they face challenging times and Hail Mary figure out what part he can play in helping them.  Also, keep Mark (a friend of Snowman) in your prayers as he is facing a very difficult time - he's in good hands having someone like Snowman to lean on.
