The Thang:
burpeEs, Carolina not so dry docks, Lunges, Imperial walkers, Plank jacks, Sumo squats. Sets of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 at each parking lot island.
Too much rain so mosey to the pavilion for the next part of the workout. Only 4 PAX so pick your favorite workout and we do 20 reps. Sweeper goes first and picks Burpees with Avis on deck so this is already a mistake relinquishing the Q authority. Luckily Fanny Pack chooses Dying cockroach and I go with Freddy Mercuries.
Taking the Q power back for Much chesto. 20 merkins at corner of pavilion, 20 wide merkins at next corner, 20 diamond merkins at next corner, 20 hand release merkins at next corner, and 20 LBCs in the center. Rinse and Repeat.
We aren’t doing much moseying under this pavilion so there is still time. Finish it off strong with a crowd pleaser, Captain Thor.
