Preamble:
We were expecting rain, so I planned on a pavillion BD.Warm-O-Rama:
We carried the cinders, buckets, weights, and other implements of destruction to the larger pavilion.The Thang:
This was a HIIT/Tabata BD with 64 seconds work, 26 seconds rest per exercise, we went through each exercise five time. Since we are going for time, the goal is for good form, rather than hammer out reps, but there was time to get many reps.- Cinder Chest Press
